1. Digital Product Sales

All items sold on this store are digital downloads (PDF guides). There is no physical shipment. Once your download link has been issued and accessed, the sale is considered complete and non-refundable.

2. When We Will Issue a Refund

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• The delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened
• You did not receive any delivery email or download link within 24 hours of purchase

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resend the file or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

3. When We Will Not Issue a Refund

• Change of mind after the file has been downloaded
• Dissatisfaction with content style, format, or difficulty level once accessed
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
